What makes someone a leader?
In Rich Task and Philosophy we will be looking at what is needed to be a Leader. This young Man was recently rewarded for his achievements? Do you know who he is? Do you know what he did?
a leader is about being responsible, reliable and having allot of confidence and being able to make the right decisions. a leader must also be someone who communicates and trusts there pairs
A leader is a responsible person who can make the right decisions about the task at hand.To be able to communicate with others well, taking in their ideas and incorporating them somehow. Being able to take the challenge that no body else has risen up to and have the skills to 'lead' a group of people.
A leader is some one who is committed to their achievement and perseveres till they achieve it. He has to be responsible and make the right decisions. He needs to communicate well with others and really back up their ideas.
A Leader is someone that can rise to challenges and leads people to victory. a leader is someone who is not selfish(panda). a leader is someone that love helping other people.
